Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a customer service professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through a variety of channels. Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim or seek assistance with a variety of issues
* Listening actively to customers' concerns and working with them to find a resolution
* Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Ability to multi-task using technology while handling calls
* Bilingual Spanish speaking skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Work Schedule
As a remote customer service representative, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
* Hours of Operation: 8am – 12 am ET Monday – Sunday
* 40 hours per week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts
* Shift differentials paid for night and weekend schedules worked
Training and Development
When you join our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:
* A combination of classroom and on-the-job training that is typically 2 weeks long, but may vary in duration
* Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm with a lunch break
* Upon completion of classroom training, you will receive your regular shift and start working those hours
