Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Veterinary Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Building trust and rapport with surgeons, vet techs, and other stakeholders through open and interactive communication
  • Providing timely and effective support via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise
  • Staying up-to-date on our products and services, using this knowledge to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring seamless sales order processing, and collaborating with sales representatives to drive customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the customer service team to ensure comprehensive coverage and support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the veterinary or medical industry
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with experience in CRM and ERP systems a plus

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or veterinary medicine

  • Experience working in the veterinary industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with sales order processing and customer relationship management
