Our Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team drives the single largest source of revenue for arenaflex: Merchant Discount Revenue. By accurately calculating and reporting merchant rebate income, the team safeguards the financial health of the company while enhancing merchant satisfaction. As a Part‑Time Financial Analyst – Data Entry & Merchant Rebate Revenue Management, you will be at the heart of this critical process, turning raw data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain the Canada‑wide merchant rebate revenue tracking report, comparing month‑to‑month performance against forecast and identifying key drivers of variance.
- Develop and refresh merchant rebate revenue scorecards for the Canada region, delivering clear visualizations for senior leadership.
- Drive data normalization and communication standards across multiple pricing teams to ensure consistency in all reporting and analysis activities.
- Support external audits by investigating identified issues, coordinating with regional pricing teams that manage merchant relationships, and tracking remediation actions.
- Conduct ad‑hoc data analyses to assess rebate rate fluctuations, uncover hidden trends, and provide recommendations that improve profitability.
